Website forms and the advisor

When you explicitly submit contact details through an inquiry form or the advisor handoff, TitanJet uses them to answer that inquiry, arrange related service and provide necessary follow-up communication.

WhatsApp conversations

When you message TitanJet on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, the profile name you set in WhatsApp, and the messages, images and files you send, through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

We use them only to answer your inquiry, send quotations, arrange orders and after-sales service. Conversations are kept in TitanJet internal systems and can be viewed only by authorized sales and service staff.

Messages written in languages other than Chinese may be processed by an automatic translation service so our team can understand and reply to you.

We do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can tell us at any time to stop.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. WhatsApp messages are carried by Meta and are also subject to the WhatsApp and Meta privacy policies. We share information with logistics or service partners only when needed to deliver your order or service.

Information you should not send

Do not enter passwords, payment card details, private keys or sensitive machine-control instructions in website forms, the advisor or chat messages.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information and chat history you have sent us. Send the request through the contact page or reply "delete my data" on WhatsApp. After confirming the request comes from you, we delete your inquiry records and chat history within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices and contracts.
