60T8 UV DTF Crystal Label Printer with Laminating (Standard)

The 60T8 standard model is a 600mm UV DTF crystal label printer with laminating, built as a complete starter machine for crystal label businesses. Four high-precision heads and a Hoson board print at 1440DPI, about 5㎡/h in 8-pass mode, with CMYK, white, light cyan, light magenta, varnish and glue. It supports both AB film and direct-glue labels, and laminates and rewinds after printing.

Taotech's crystal label glue only becomes tacky after curing, so it does not clog the heads.
Varnish with spot foil
colour areas also get a varnish layer, so foil and varnish effects sit together.
Durable outdoors
direct-glue crystal label lettering applied to a yacht hull in August 2021 was still firmly in place when photographed in September 2024.
Optional cutting system
Taotech's own cutter handles automatic nesting and WiFi file transfer, and a camera locates each print so finished sheets are cut straight into single labels.
