A2 UV DTF Crystal Label Printer with Foiling and Laminating

The A2 crystal label printer (T3000-UV) is a 420mm-wide UV DTF printer with three or four high-precision heads (ten-colour printing with four heads). One machine handles printing, foiling, waste stripping, laminating and rewinding. It produces direct-glue, AB film and varnish-with-spot-foil crystal labels for gift boxes and bags, tea tins, metal, plastic, ceramics, glass and wine bottles.

Four heads, ten colours
the four-head setup prints CMYK+W+Lc+Lm plus varnish and glue for a range of crystal label finishes (a three-head setup is also available).
Five steps in one machine
printing, foiling, waste stripping, laminating and rewinding run continuously on one machine, with no transfers between machines.
Dedicated UV glue
Taotech's crystal label glue only becomes tacky after curing, so it is less likely to clog the heads.
Varnish with spot foil
the coloured artwork is also varnished, so foil and gloss appear together. Ordinary spot-foil labels leave the colour areas unvarnished.
Durable outdoors
direct-glue crystal label lettering applied to a yacht hull in August 2021 was still firmly in place when photographed in September 2024.
Optional cutting system
Taotech's own cutter handles automatic nesting and WiFi file transfer, and a camera locates each print so finished sheets are cut straight into single labels.
